Additional Information
How big is the company? Kentropolis Internet Services is currently owned and run
as a sole proprietorship by Ken JP Stuczynski in West Seneca, NY. His
personal site can be found HERE.
Although most of the design and development is done by the owner,
Kentropolis uses a network of independent technical experts for special
projects and on-site customer support. Kentropolis also has access to
additional web designers and graphics artists for larger projects.
How long has Kentropolis been in business?
Kentropolis was registered in the County of Erie, State of New York, on
December 31st, 1998, and became a full-time business for its owner the
following Spring. Kentropolis.com was registered in October 1998, before
which time, Ken Stuczynski had designed
personal and non-profit sites as a hobby for two full years.
What is the our professional and educational
background?
If you're looking just for people with IT degrees, look elsewhere. The
owner's educational background in the Liberal Arts and experience in a
variety of industries keeps his business focus on people, not technology.
Leaving the heavy geek stuff contracted to the geeks, we work personally
with individuals, companies, and organizations in the real world to help
them meet real world needs through the power of the internet.
If Kentropolis disappeared off the face of the Earth, what would happen
to its customers?
In the event of a plague, rapture, or alien abduction, all clients serviced
by Kentropolis would be transferred to its upline service provider(s), who
would host and bill them directly. It is unlikely there will be a need
for this, but contingencies have been set in place to protect our clients.
Why should everyone do business with Kentropolis?
There are many reasons to choose Kentropolis for particular services, but in
general, the difference is even greater than just affordability and
reliability. It's in the way we do business.
We give full disclosure and explanation of policies and prices in plain
English. We provide a complete client list to show you ALL of our work.
And most importantly, we believe in accountability through easy access to
our staff in all forms of communication.
The fact that you can reach us anytime about anything in any way is rare in
today's "new economy" of cyber-mirage, fly-by-night, flash-in-the-pan
companies. Kentropolis stands above the rest with old-fashioned,
turn-of-the-century ethics and service (not this century, either!).
Is Kentropolis a member of the Better Business Bureau? No. We will not pay a high yearly fee for a supposed
consumer protection agency to endorse us. We do not approve of their
"recruitment" methods, and have seen members advertise on their billboards
who are in our industry that could never meet our higher ethical standards.

Kentropolis.
