With much input from the organization, this had become the most extensive, successful project I’ve worked on to that time.  Catherine Lefko, then president of the association, called me in and chose Kentropolis to take over their web presence for one simple reason: they were tired of being billed by the hour for every little change.  Charging them the usual yearly maintenance fee for a much smaller site, I regularly swapped out sponsors and leadership bios.

After showing them a world of options to make the site an integral part of their groups communications, we developed a discussion board, members-only directory, and interactive membership registration.  The functions of the bulletin board were eventually migrated to social media (Facebook and LinkedIn) and a WordPress blog, which also replaced their traditional newsletter, Paramount.  Events were organized in Google Calendar, and with Facebook were integrated into the main page of the site.

After that point, the board decided to explore other options with another company, but I really enjoyed being a part of their group over those years, and have retained friendships and even clients from their ranks.
